Job summary

Qualifacts seeks a RCMS Configuration Specialist I to support onboarding and revenue cycle implementations across healthcare tech solutions. You will guide customers from kickoff to go-live, configure billing workflows, and set up EDI clearinghouse integrations.

This role requires healthcare billing experience, UB-04 knowledge, and SaaS/EHR configuration experience. Travel up to 25% may be needed in a hybrid environment in Nashville or Tampa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with EHR applications in medical billing or revenue cycle ops.
• Healthcare billing experience required; behavioral health billing preferred.
• Knowledge of UB-04 institutional billing requirements.
• SaaS or cloud implementation experience preferred; EHR/EMR configuration experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support new customer RCM implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Assess customer billing workflows and recommend configuration solutions.
• Interpret payer credentialing and apply to billing configurations.
• Set up and maintain EDI clearinghouse configurations for multiple customers.
• Conduct billing analysis, configuration reviews, and training sessions.
• Advise on RCM-related EHR configurations including claim setup and reporting needs.
• Review software billing configurations with customer teams for accuracy and readiness.
• Document and track billing requirements to support compliance and accountability.
• Resolve inquiries and issues promptly while owning resolution.
