Job summary

Raintree Systems in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Associate Product Support Representative - Tier 1 for EHR/Patient/Front Office. Hybrid role requiring 3-4 days in office.

You will provide support for Raintree’s EMR platforms, develop domain knowledge, and deliver exceptional customer service with a phone-first approach. The ideal candidate has a minimum 2 years of SaaS support experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and familiarity with healthcare IT or medical practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• 2+ years SaaS app support.
• High technical aptitude.
• Experience in Medical Practice / Front Office preferred.
• SaaS or Healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Must work PT schedule (8am–5pm PT).
• HIPAA-compliant environment; dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide support on Raintree EMR platforms.
• Develop knowledge in Practice Management or Clinical domains.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a phone-first approach.
• Document and manage cases with follow-up dates/times.
• Perform software upgrades and related tasks as needed.
• Contribute to knowledge base and training materials.
• Identify client needs and implement solutions.
• Escalate issues when appropriate.
