Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Reimbursement Manager to lead reimbursement, billing, collections, denial management, and revenue optimization across the cycle. You will partner with operations, clinical services, insurance verification, customer service, and external payors to improve revenue capture and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, preferably in DME RCM.
• Strong knowledge of governmental and commercial payors, billing codes (ICD, CPT, HCPCS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; ability to analyze data and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle strategies to improve reimbursement performance and cash collections.
• Monitor cash collection goals, denial reduction targets, and A/R aging; report to senior leadership.
• Oversee billing, collections, and denial management; ensure HIPAA and compliance standards.
