EyeCare Partners is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for RCM Claims to oversee QA and performance across charge entry and claims management for multiple practices. This role directs internal teams and offshore resources, owns QA audits, and leads workflow optimization to align with payer guidelines and HIPAA requirements.

You will use PowerBI and other reporting tools to create dashboards, track trends in errors, and present monthly summaries to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in charge posting or claims submission
• QA supervision or QA-focused role preferred
• Strong CPT/ICD-10 knowledge
• Knowledge of payer guidelines and HIPAA regulations
