Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in medical billing, revenue cycle, or healthcare operations.
• 3+ years working in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting).
• Solid understanding of billing workflows, insurance claims, and RCM metrics.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Health Administration, Business, Finance, or a related area).

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly report cards and dashboard summaries for client practices.
• Deliver monthly performance updates to practice physicians detailing billing issues and recommended next steps.
• Generate financial data reports with Finance to support client management fee processing.
• Monitor billing and collections data to identify trends and opportunities to improve reimbursement.
• Coordinate with RCM billing staff to gather context behind data irregularities before escalation.
