Job summary

Specialty1 Partners is seeking a detail‑oriented RCM Analyst to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. You will deliver accurate reports, dashboards, and analyses to improve visibility into payor performance, credentialing, and overall revenue cycle health.

We value strong technical skills in data analysis, SQL, and Power BI, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for leadership and non‑technical stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years’ experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, CS, or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years in data analysis, BI, or reporting.
• Experience building reports in Power BI and SQL queries required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc analyses for RCM operations.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from practice management and billing systems.
• Identify trends and provide insights to leadership.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure reporting accuracy and integrity.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes.
• Translate analytical findings into clear visuals for non-technical stakeholders.
• Support data integration and system enhancement projects.
• Credentialing analytics support and payor relations analytics.
