Job summary

Specialty1 Partners is seeking an RCM Analyst to provide reporting, data analysis, and BI support for the Revenue Cycle Management department in Houston, TX. The role emphasizes accurate, timely analytics to improve visibility into payor and credentialing performance and overall revenue cycle health.

You will build dashboards in Power BI, write SQL queries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and data integrity from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data/analytics/technical field preferred.
• 2–4 years in data analysis, BI, or reporting.
• Experience building reports in Power BI and SQL queries required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Analyze data from practice management, billing, contracts, and credentialing systems.
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
• Translate findings into clear visuals for non-technical stakeholders.
• Support payor relations and credentialing analytics initiatives.
