Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Director of RCM Operations to oversee the end-to-end Revenue Cycle—from Front to HIM—for assigned accounts.

You will drive client satisfaction, cash flow, and operational excellence by leading a management team, monitoring KPIs, and coordinating with offshore resources. The role requires strategic oversight of staffing, performance, and process improvements, with accountability for escalated issues and comprehensive RCM reporting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in second-line leadership role.
• Experience in staffing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RCM and HIM functions to align with policies, procedures, and client contracts.
• Manage workloads and priorities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
• Analyze KPI metrics and implement corrective actions for variances.
• Streamline workflows and optimize resource use for cost efficiency.
• Implement improvements in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Adjust staffing based on account volume and revenue.
• Lead client meetings and advise on Revenue Cycle best practices.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated operational issues.
• Oversee preparation of comprehensive Revenue Cycle reports for stakeholders.
• Direct hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews for RCM/HIM teams.
• Coordinate with offshore resources to ensure seamless delivery.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client audit requirements.
