beBright is seeking an organized, detail-oriented RCM Implementation Specialist to support revenue cycle implementations, system conversions, and process improvement initiatives. This role focuses on training, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across practice locations in Minnesota.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in revenue cycle or healthcare operations, and experience with practice management systems and data analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare operations.
• Experience supporting practice management systems or software implementations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating documentation, reports, or training materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist trainings for office and central teams on new RCM systems and workflows.
• Support system conversions, data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Prepare revenue cycle reports and KPI dashboards to monitor outcomes.
• Coordinate project tasks and timelines across multiple practice locations.
