Job summary

StrideCare is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager to oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations, from charge capture to payment posting and collections. You will analyze performance metrics, drive improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires leadership of RCM staff, collaboration with internal departments, and the development of SOPs, SLAs, and training to optimize financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of RCM experience.
• Athena and NextGen experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management and the claim lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support system planning, UAT, implementations, and integrations for new business and M&A activities.

Job Summary: The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the revenue cycle to ensure accurate billing, timely reimbursement, and compliance with applicable regulations. This role leads revenue cycle operations from charge capture through payment posting and collections, analyzes performance metrics, and implements process improvements to optimize financial outcomes.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises revenue cycle staff and/or team leads and is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, performance management, disciplinary actions, and providing leadership, guidance, and ongoing development to team members.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between RCM and internal departments.
• Support system planning, UAT, implementations, and integrations for new business and M&A activities.
• Assist with SOPs, SLAs, policies, and training development.
• Drive revenue optimization through data analysis and process improvement.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate updates with key stakeholders.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management and lifecycle of a claim
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and payer policies..

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of RCM experience.
• Athena and NextGen experience preferred.
