Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a healthcare, information systems, or related field.
3+ years in healthcare operations, healthcare technology, or related areas.
Experience with EMR/EHR systems, especially RCM configurations.
SQL reporting and database experience.
Experience with workflow analysis and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Analyze revenue cycle workflows to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, accuracy, and financial performance.
Support optimization of the EMR and related systems that impact workflows and assist with configuration reviews and testing.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and tools used to support revenue cycle operations.
Participate in project planning, testing, implementation, and stakeholder communication; monitor risks and ROI.
Assist in measuring project outcomes and ROI of implemented initiatives.
