Qualifications

• Proficient in Power BI with data modeling and dashboard experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain statistical models to analyze healthcare RCM performance, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
• Conduct comprehensive financial metric evaluations, including detailed gross margin analysis, tracking cost overruns, and evaluating organizational liquidity.
• Prepare regular variance analysis and trend reports to help leadership understand financial fluctuations.
• Analyze and prepare revenue recognition schedules and support the month-end close in NetSuite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate data anomalies and streamline reporting workflows.
