Job summary

Specialty1 Partners in Houston, TX is seeking an RCM Analyst to support the Revenue Cycle Management department through reporting, data analysis, and BI activities, with emphasis on payor relations and credentialing.

The role requires strong technical skills in data analysis, SQL, and Power BI; you will deliver accurate, timely reports, identify trends, and present actionable insights to leadership in a fast-paced healthcare-adjacent environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or reporting.
• Experience building Power BI reports and dashboards is required.
• SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from relational databases is required.
• Experience with financial, operational, or insurance data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for RCM operations.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple data sources such as practice management systems and billing platforms.
• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities to improve performance.
• Translate analytical findings into clear visuals and actionable insights for leadership.
