VillageMD is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Coding Supervisor to oversee coding operations and outsourced vendors. You will ensure accurate E/M, CPT-4 and ICD-10 coding, drive compliance, and partner with clinical teams to improve documentation and coding practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of physician coding experience required.
• Experience conducting coding audits and supporting compliance initiatives.
• Supervisory or project leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coding operations and external vendor performance.
• Ensure accurate E/M, CPT-4, and ICD-10 coding through audits.
• Develop and enforce coding policies and documentation standards.
• Partner with Compliance, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical teams.
• Analyze coding data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
