Job summary

Spectrum Billing Solutions is seeking a results-driven Client Success Manager to build strong relationships with healthcare clients and drive successful RCM outcomes.

You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinate with internal RCM teams, manage new client implementations, and contribute to strategy in a flexible remote/hybrid environment with growth opportunities and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client relationship management and/or business development experience.
• Healthcare/RCM experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Client Success Manager

This is a remote or office/home hybrid position.

Responsibilities include:

• Foster and develop strong client relationships.
• Serve as primary point of contact for client communications.
• Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
• Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows.
• Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members.
• Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in presentations to prospective clients.
• Manage new client implementations.
• Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings.
• Participate in marketing and business development strategy.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of client relationship management and/or business development experience.
• Healthcare and RCM experience preferred.
• Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering quality work.
• Demonstrated skills in delivering results.
