You will translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies that improve retention, performance, and revenue cycle outcomes, while partnering with internal teams to address risks and opportunities. This role offers growth and exposure across a global revenue cycle platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum 5 years in relevant roles, with 3+ in management.
• Strong RCM knowledge and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage key client relationships through consistent communication of revenue cycle performance, priorities, and strategic updates.
• Partner with Service Delivery and functional leaders to align objectives, address risks, and execute remediation plans.
• Translate performance metrics, drivers, barriers, and opportunities into actionable plans that improve outcomes and NPS performance.
• Serve as a customer expert and change agent, promoting best practices and revenue cycle transformation.
