Job summary

Gastro Health is seeking an experienced RCM Business Analyst to transform data into actionable insights and build revenue cycle dashboards for multiple units. You will drive data governance and identify automation opportunities to enhance system efficiencies in a healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in business/finance/accounting, 3–5 years in revenue cycle management, experience with practice management systems, and fluency in SQL and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance/accounting, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years Revenue Cycle Management experience.
• Experience with practice management systems.
• Fluent in SQL and BI Tools required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Revenue Cycle Management reports and dashboards for various business units.
• Perform revenue related data inspection, cleanup, and governance to ensure data integrity.
• Proactively identify automation opportunities and process improvements to enhance system efficiencies.
• Support day-to-day operational needs and requests of the RCM team.
• Contribute to department goals of meeting key metrics.
• Elicit cross-functional stakeholder business needs into well defined, meaningful requirements.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
