Job summary

Ingenium Talent is recruiting on behalf of a large, nationally recognized healthcare organization for a Senior Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management. This fully remote role drives revenue cycle performance, reporting, and data-driven decisions across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate has healthcare experience with RCM, Billing, AR, data analysis, Excel and SQL; Databricks is a plus. You will partner with leadership to deliver metrics, dashboards, and actionable insights across systems.

Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience with revenue cycle knowledge.
• Expertise in RCM, Billing and Accounts Receivable.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel and SQL.
• Databricks experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to gather, analyze, and summarize RCM performance metrics.
• Develop and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for executives.
• Analyze trends in billing, collections, denials, AR, cash performance, and reimbursements.
• Prepare studies and recommendations related to Revenue Cycle operations.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc reports to support decisions.
• Perform root cause analysis on revenue cycle issues and provide recommendations.
• Extract, validate, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel.
• Support automation and data transformation initiatives across analytics platforms.
• Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy across systems.

A large, nationally recognized healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Cycle Management to join its growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering the chance to make a significant impact by driving revenue cycle performance, operational insights, and data-driven decision making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Create dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Perform root cause analysis on revenue cycle performance issues and provide actionable recommendations.
• Extract, validate, and analyze large datasets using SQL and advanced Excel techniques.
• Support automation and data transformation initiatives utilizing modern analytics platforms and tools.
