Job summary

GeneDx, LLC is seeking a Remote RCM Project Analyst to analyze operational and financial data, track project performance, and provide actionable insights that improve reimbursement outcomes and efficiency. This role partners with RCM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to manage reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and strategic initiatives across denials, appeals, billing, and collections.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–5 years in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, business analysis or data analytics.
• Experience with healthcare reimbursement, denials, appeals, billing or accounts receivable preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, financial, and reimbursement data for the RCM division.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports to support leadership decision-making.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement related to denials, appeals, reimbursement and productivity.
• Produce visual summaries of trends and project outcomes.
