Job summary

GeneDx, Inc. is seeking a data-driven analyst to collect and interpret operational, financial, and reimbursement data for the RCM division. You will develop recurring and ad hoc reports to support leadership decisions and create dashboards in Power BI.

You will identify trends and root causes, proposing actionable improvements for denials, appeals, and reimbursement processes while coordinating with stakeholders to track milestones and drive project success.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, business analysis, or data analytics.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve productivity and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational, financial, and reimbursement data for the RCM division
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports to support leadership decision-making
• Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement related to denials, appeals, and reimbursement
• Create and maintain dashboards and report solutions in Power BI
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of RCM initiatives and operational improvement projects
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are tracked and achieved
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve reporting automation and data accessibility
