Job summary

The role supports Revenue Cycle Management initiatives by analyzing operational and financial data, tracking project performance, and identifying process improvements. It partners with RCM leadership and cross functional stakeholders to manage project reporting across denials, appeals, billing, and reimbursement optimization.

You will collect, analyze, and interpret data, develop recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership, identify trends, and produce visual summaries of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing operational and financial data in healthcare or RCM contexts.
• Proficiency in developing dashboards and recurring reports for leadership.
• Ability to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Strong collaboration across cross functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational, financial, and reimbursement data for the RCM division.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports to support leadership decision making.
• Identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Produce reporting and visual summaries of identified trends and project outcomes.
• Support implementation of process improvements to reduce denials and improve cash collections.
• Assist in monitoring KPIs and sustaining project reporting across RCM initiatives.
