Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Surprise, Arizona is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with Autism aged 1–21. You will implement programs under supervision, collect data, and ensure treatment integrity in natural environments.

This role offers part-time and full-time openings, weekly pay, health insurance, incentives, and referral bonuses. A valid RBT certificate and reliable transportation are required, along with strong

• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).

• Must pass a criminal background check.
