Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in home and community settings across Mesa, AZ.

The role offers a competitive pay of $18-$28 per hour with both part-time and full-time positions available, and a strong emphasis on ongoing supervision and professional development. You will apply ABA interventions, collect data, and collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB required.
• Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder required.
• Strong communication with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency.
