Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA interventions in home and clinical settings in Mesa, AZ. The role offers both part-time and full-time options with a competitive hourly pay range and weekly pay schedule.

Responsibilities include data collection, analysis, and coordination with program staff to ensure consistency across services for children with Autism. RBT certification is required, along with reliable transportation and strong communication

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
