Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Gilbert, AZ seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA services to children aged 1–21. You will implement ABA interventions, collect data, and support families under the supervision of a BCBA.

This position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and benefits including health insurance and incentives. RBT certification required; valid driver’s license and ability to travel to clients' homes essential.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
