Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Arizona is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA services in home settings for children with autism. The role supports data collection and behavior intervention under supervision, with flexible schedules and both part-time and full-time opportunities.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $28 per hour, with weekly pay, and benefits like health insurance and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder required.
• Strong communication with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
