Job summary

Succeed ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in in-home, 1:1 settings. You will implement ABA strategies, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to ensure consistent progress.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.

Pay: $22-$30 per hour
