Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver ABA interventions in natural environments. The role supports children with Autism and requires BACB RBT certification, reliable transportation, and strong communication with families and staff.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver's License, or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
