Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Services, Llc. seeks an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct, one-on-one behavioral support to residents in a group home and community settings under BCBA supervision.

You will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and promote communication and self-help skills while collaborating with families and clinical staff to ensure consistent progress.

Qualifications

• Active BACB RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks and abuse registry checks required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by BCBA.
• Provide direct support to residents in group home and community settings.
• Collect and record real-time data on resident behaviors.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical team.
• Support development of communication, self-help, and adaptive skills.
• Participate in team meetings and BCBA supervision.
