Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one behavioral support to clients in their homes and in the community, under BCBA supervision. The role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing training and professional development.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help clients develop communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while maintaining clear, supportive communication with families

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral needs preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area.
• Ability to pass all required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Provide direct behavioral intervention services in home and community environments.
• Collect and accurately document client data and progress.
• Assist clients in developing communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Maintain professional communication with families and clinical team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
