Job summary

Constellation Health Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis-based interventions for children with autism and related disabilities in home, clinic, and school settings.

The RBT will implement plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, train caregivers, and maintain precise documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (accredited university).
• Associate’s degree (60 college credits) with relevant experience may suffice.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification is required.
• Strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements intervention strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Teaches targeted behaviors using ABA techniques and data collection.
• Records and tracks data from training sessions and progress notes.
• Communicates with parents, administrators, and community members; ensures accurate documentation.
• Facilitates transitions between agencies and programs as services change.
• Provides direct client care in 1:1 and group settings; follows skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
