Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs under a supervising BCBA. The role offers flexible scheduling with ongoing supervision and feedback.

You will provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, follow treatment plans, collect data, and contribute to progress reports for families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with the clinical team.
