Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in children’s homes across the United States. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA and collaborate with families to implement intervention plans.

The role emphasizes data collection, ongoing staff training, and regular communication with supervisory staff. Weekday and weekend availability is required, and you’ll contribute to patient progress in a fast-growing, clinician-owned agency.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education
• Valid RBT certification

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
