Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, and community settings. The role operates under BCBA supervision and emphasizes data collection, progress tracking, and collaboration with families.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, maintaining RBT certification, and using CentralReach for notes and plans. We offer in-person work with weekday and client-driven hours, plus training and professional development

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Passion for working with children; experience with autism is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and track progress.
• Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.
• Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
• Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.
