Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Services is seeking an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct, one-on-one behavioral support in a group home setting in Montana. Under BCBA supervision, the RBT implements plans, collects data and promotes skill development to improve residents' independence and quality of life.

Mandatory requirements include an active BACB RBT credential, a high school diploma, ability to pass background and abuse registry checks, and CPR/BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active BACB certification (RBT) required and current.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clearance checks including background and abuse registry.
• CPR / BLS certification active.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct, one-on-one support to residents in group home and community settings.
• Collect and record real-time data on resident behaviors and progress.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and clinical team to ensure consistency.
• Encourage development of communication, self-help and adaptive skills.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings and BCBA supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethics.
