Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children with ASD or developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-approved plans to improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

You will collect data, collaborate with families, and maintain progress documentation while delivering engaging ABA sessions in person. A HS diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus and a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health is a plus.
• Familiarity with medical documentation and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track progress with data collection.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment plans.
• Work with families to ensure consistent application of strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
