Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA strategies, collect data, and collaborate with a BCBA to ensure progress in social, communication, and daily living skills.

The role requires a high school diploma with a preference for candidates pursuing a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage with children and adolescents effectively.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in daily living activities (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
