Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will work under a BCBA to implement intervention plans and help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, a passion for helping kids, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Some roles may require Bachelor’s in progress; in-person work is expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BCBA knowledge not required but familiarity with ABA principles is expected.
• Experience working with children or in developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents in ABA sessions.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans and patient care practices is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress with data.
• Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent application of strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and records.
• Support clients in daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
