Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is hiring a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-approved behavior intervention plans, track progress with data, and work closely with families to ensure consistent application of strategies.

The role involves one-on-one ABA therapy, collaboration with BCBA supervisors, and documentation of client progress. Requires RBT certification and a genuine passion for autism support.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in daily living activities (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
