Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA and help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

You will collaborate with families, track progress with data, and help develop individualized treatment plans while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure consistent behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in daily living activities (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
