Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under a BCBA’s supervision. You will implement plans, track progress with data, and support children and families in applying strategies across daily activities.

Candidates with experience in autism or developmental disabilities, and a background in education or behavioral health, are encouraged to apply. In-person, full-time or part-time opportunities with competitive pay are available.

Qualifications

Prior experience with individuals on the autism spectrum or developmental disabilities preferred.
Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
Assist in development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure consistent application of strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
Support clients in daily living activities and social interactions.
Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
