Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, helping children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and support families to apply strategies at home and in daily life.

We value collaboration, ongoing learning, and the ability to work independently in a hands-on, in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to effectively engage with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in daily living activities (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
