Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities. You will implement behavior plans under a BCBA, track progress through data collection, and support daily living skills and social interactions.

The role requires a high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred) and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track client progress through data collection.
• Assist in development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with families and caregivers to ensure the consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in their daily living activities (ADLs) and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
