Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities. You will implement BCBA-approved behavior plans and help clients improve social, communication, and daily living skills.

Guided by a BCBA, you will collect data, track progress, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent application of strategies. A HS diploma is required; a BA/BA preferred for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to engage children and adolescents effectively.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Implement behavior plans and track progress with data collection.
• Assist in development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Work with families to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies.
• Maintain documentation of client progress and medical records.
• Support clients in daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
