Job summary

RightWay ABA in New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team for in-home and center-based therapy for children aged 2-18. The role offers structured training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) under BCBA supervision.

As part of a woman-owned, BCBA-led organization, you will implement ABA treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers to support skill development while upholding BACB ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Training pathway to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support: Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA and help develop communication, social, daily living, and play skills.
• Session Preparation & Documentation: Prepare therapy materials, maintain session notes, and track progress in data-collection systems.
• Collaboration & Communication: Regularly update supervising BCBAs on client progress, participate in team trainings, and provide caregiver feedback when appropriate.
• Professional Conduct: Adhere to BACB ethical guidelines and maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
