RightWay ABA is a woman-owned, BCBA-led organization providing in-home and center-based ABA therapy for children aged 2–18. The Behavior Technician (BT) role supports direct client work under BCBA supervision and offers training pathways toward RBT certification.

You will implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, while upholding BACB ethics and confidentiality in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must implement ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Ability to teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills.
• Use reinforcement strategies to increase desired behaviors.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress.
• Follow BACB ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills.

• Maintain detailed session notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and participate in supervision sessions.
