Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Springfield, MA to provide ABA therapy in various settings. Starting pay is $21.25/hour for BTs and $23.50/hour for RBTs, with compensation determined by experience and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old and have 1 year of experience working with children or in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data.
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
