Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to support ABA therapy across homes, schools, and clinics. Starting pay is $23.50/hour for RBTs and $21.25/hour for BTs, with paid training and clear paths for advancement.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of relevant experience, be available afternoons/evenings/weekends/holidays, possess reliable transportation, and be able to pass background checks and drug

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support and deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings and training.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
