Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Springfield, MA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics under BCBA supervision. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills and consistently track progress with accurate data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in related roles.
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years old with 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Track Progress & Maintain Quality
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately
• Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and families
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
