Job summary

ABA Centers of America is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / BT to join our Milford, MA team. This full-time role delivers ABA therapy in homes, schools, and communities under BCBA supervision, with data collection and collaboration with families and BCBAs.

The starting pay is $23.50 per hour for RBT and $21.25 per hour for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (internships/related roles).
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues depending on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills. Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress, maintain quality, collect, organize, and document session data; collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
